As a member of our Tax team, successful candidates will be responsible for advising on real estate transactional work, with a focus on real estate funds, real estate joint ventures, and REITs. The role involves providing expert legal counsel, conducting thorough research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive and strategic solutions for our clients.Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active Bar membership in good standing in Washington DC
Proven experience in advising on real estate transactional work
Strong understanding of real estate funds, real estate joint ventures, and REITs
Excellent research and analytical skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Adherence to the highest ethical standards

Salary Range: $345,000 and $370,000The salary offered within this range will be determined based on qualifications and other operational considerations.
